Unfortunately, I can not help you there. But language skills are certainly advantageous in Zurich, there is a lot of international audience. Call there and make an appointment to introduce yourself. So far I have had the best results. Good luck and all the best :-)

All the tapas are the same: CHF 5.90. It is quite expensive, but normal in Zurigo. I do not remember the price of wine. I always take Jerez Manzanilla or Amontillado.
